Organization settings hold the controls that apply to the whole account, not just you. Only administrators can open this page.

General

Shows the account name, which is read-only.

Billing currency

Sets the single currency used across the account, chosen from twenty-four options (default Euro). Daily costs, billing rates and future invoices are all expressed in it, so changing it restates every figure account-wide. Saving the change applies immediately.

Timesheets

Defines how timesheet periods are formed:

• Cadence - Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Bi-monthly, or Quarterly.
• Where periods start - a weekday for weekly and bi-weekly cadences, a starting month for bi-monthly and quarterly, and nothing for monthly, which follows calendar months.
• Opening delay - the number of days after the period starts that the timesheet opens automatically. The ceiling depends on the cadence: 6 for weekly, 13 for bi-weekly, and 27 for the monthly families. A delay of 0 opens the sheet on the first day of the period.

Time off

Maintains the vocabulary of absence kinds your consultants can request. Each kind is a pair of an internal Key (letters, digits, dashes or underscores, 1-32 characters) and a display Label (1-64 characters). Saving replaces the entire list. Removing a kind that was used before is allowed, and older requests keep displaying. Keys are stored in lowercase. See Time off.

Quote templates

Stores the named SVG layouts your quotes render from. Preview any template with sample data, keep one as the default at a time, download the starter template, upload your own, and set the default, edit, or delete templates.
