Okouro docs

Okouro is the ERP for IT services companies, digital agencies, and consultancies. It gathers the three jobs of running a services firm into one place: staffing and allocating consultants to client missions, collecting monthly timesheets, and turning that activity into billing and financial KPIs. Pipelines, quotes, missions, budgets, and the day-to-day paperwork sit side by side, each shaped by the user’s role.

Who this guide is for

This guide is for everyone who works in an Okouro account: the administrator setting the account up, the operations colleague driving the commercial side and settling expenses, the executive watching KPIs and margins, and the consultant filling in their own timesheet. No prior Okouro experience is assumed, and each page stands on its own.
