Personal settings are available to every signed-in user. They cover your individual preferences and security, not account-wide configuration. Two cards make up the page: Preferences and Security.

Preferences

Choose your Interface language from seven options: English, Francais, Espanol, Deutsch, Portugues, Nederlands, and Italiano. The choice applies immediately across the whole app, with no reload.

The language is stored on your account and reused each time you sign in. Beyond translating the interface text, it also drives how dates and monetary amounts are formatted throughout Okouro, so switching it restates those figures in the new locale. Seven languages ship with the app, each labelled by its own name in the selector. Visitors who have not signed in fall back to the language detected from their browser. There is no theme, display name, or email editing on this page.

Security

Reset your password without needing the current one. Select Send password change link and Okouro emails a single-use link to the address on your own account. The link expires after one hour. Because it is single-use, redeeming it also retires any other outstanding link issued for your account. Treat the link like a temporary credential, since whoever holds that inbox can open it.

Open the link to set a new password. Completing the step signs you straight in, so you land back in the app under the new credential. An administrator can likewise send a password-change link on your behalf from the Users area.

Account-wide settings

Configuration that affects the whole account - the billing currency, timesheet cadence, time-off kinds, quote templates, and the subscription - belongs to Organization settings, which only administrators can open. Your role, your linked consultant profile, and your membership are likewise managed by an administrator, not on this page.
